Repair of marine and industrial turbocompressor casings
On this
type of turbocompressor, it is common that salt corrosion or
corrosion due to wear over time attacks the turbine housing causing
play and thereby significant loss of efficiency. We have implemented
a servicing technique consisting in rejacketing the casing. This
repair restores the efficiency of a new turbocompressor at a much
more affordable price than the replacement of the complete casing.
