Procedure for cylinder heads :

Cylinder heads are also serviced according to a specific, strict procedure which includes removal, cleaning, hydraulic leakage testing, sealing surface inspection, replacement of guides, adjustment of camshafts - valves - seats, including in specific applications such as LPG or old-generation vehicles which must be modified to run on lead-free fuel.



Procedure for engines :

Servicing operations for engines and cylinder heads of motorbikes and quad bikes range from a simple reboring/grinding operation to jacketing for used blocks or Nikasile treatment. We also assemble short blocks machined in our workshops.

Did you know: there are different types of pistons: cast, forged, conical, elliptical... and each model has its own working clearance; for these reasons, if you entrust us with the reboring/grinding operation, we make the best adjustment for the cylinder head and its piston.
 

Procedure for connecting rods :
We check twisting and buckling on your connecting rods, after which we machine, if possible, the ring and its housing to check the correct positioning of the piston axis and thus optimize the geometry of the connecting rod.


A problem with a stripped or damaged thread?  
We can supply and fit a thread insert in inch or metric size.
